Three terminal examinations are conducted in an academic year. In addition to these projects, assignments, activities and unit / chapter wise test papers are also conducted.

Performance of the students in the continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) and terminal examinations are considered for promotion. A child should secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject in continuous evaluation and terminal examinations to earn a promotion.

80% of attendance in an academic year is compulsory for all students for promotion to the next class. Shortage up to 15% may be condoned on medical grounds.

The promotion list will be put up in the notice board on 8th April 2010.Results will be withheld if fees are not paid up-to-date.
